Cheer Meister!

We have all of our Christmas decorations up! Our tree has Star Wars figurines on it.  It's the coolest thing ever!! My favorite is R2D2 with his little red Santa hat.  We got a cute little Nativity set from Deseret book, it reminds us of the true meaning of Christmas. We are so grateful for everything we have this season.  We are so grateful for our family! We are so grateful for our Savior and his sacrifice.  We wouldn't be where we are today without the divine gift of the atonement.  We are so grateful to have a home! We have loved decorating for our first Christmas together.  Take the challenge from 'The Grinch'.  Be cheerful this season and pass on the Christmas Spirit.  Win the Cheer Meister award!

6 months already!

Yesterday, we celebrated six months together:) We can't believe it's gone by so fast. We celebrated by going out to lunch at Olive Garden. Endless soup, salad and breadsticks. .  . . divine! Then we went to the mall and managed to control ourselves. lol We didn't spend a dollar! We can't wait till Black Friday. Shopping is wonderful!!! Then for dinner we made steaks, they were huge! We had a wonderful time. We cherish every moment we have together.  Everyday is a new adventure!

Who are the Johnsons?

The Johnsons are a peculiar sort of people. No others are quite like these two!

A. They love to watch movies. Their collection suprises all guests. Newly married ( for six months!) and they have well over a hundred dvds-all bought together!
B. They love to eat! If you've heard of it, most likey they've tried it.
C. They both love music. There's either a piano, violin or music playing at all times. It makes for a loud house, but a cheerful one at that!
D. They love to be with their nieces and nephews. They don't usually boast, but they insist they have the cutest of them all!
E. They love kids and hope to add an addition to the family soon!!!
F. They are so grateful to be members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints and the blessings that come from living the gospel.
G. They love to smile and make others join in!

This is our trial run! We've never done a blog before but love the idea of them. We hope this will be a fun way to keep friends and family informed about us and put a smile on their faces!
